Shipping & returns

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Every product on the online store is available in stock or to order, except the one mentioned “sold out”. Our products are made by hand in my studio in Colombes, France. For a product you specially order, a delay of 15 days (without shipment) is to be expected.

PAYMENT

We accept payments by credit card with Stripe platform. Those payment can be done without a Stripe personal account. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

You will receive an email to confirm your order. In case of personalised order, we will contact you to create a piece that will suit your needs the best. You will also receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.

We ship worldwide by DHL.

Fees are included in the price

The orders are process from Monday to Friday. No order will be proceeded during week-ends, public holiday and holidays. 

CUSTOM FEES

International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

 We accept to refund your order if  you follow those conditions: 

  •  First you send an email to [email protected] within 14 days after you receive the product. 

  •  Product has to be un-used and has to be send back in their original packaging.

  •  Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. 

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued.
